abstract

• Epilepsy is a common condition. Based on its frequency, it is difficult that this illness would spare important figures in human history. Herein it is presented some moments of the life of five historical figures that lived with epilepsy: Alexander The Great, Julius Caesar, Napoleon, Peter The Great and Lenin. Their lives marked the human history, but epilepsy first marked them.
