abstract
A frequency domain study of chaotic systems, in presence of stabilizing feedback, is presented. The study is focused in the phenomena of stabilization and chaos suppression. For developing this work, a controller with a proportional action (PI) was used. Numerical simulations are provided to show the results obtained over systems of second and third order. Besides, a discussion is formulated about the possibility of characterizing the coupling between the different fundamental frequencies in the spectrum of the chaotic system.
