Overview

abstract

• Exists many methods and algorithms for doing music[9] by computer [5], but the most recent computational formal method is doing automatic generation, by means on formal grammars based in Noam Chomsky theory, specifically denominated L System [12] which generates an acceptable music, that is to say, without getting to generate sounds chaotic. This paper explain that method and shows a very successful result for using that. This work is supported by a number of audio examples available in MIDI file[12].
