abstract
Schütz et al (2013) documented the utility of the affective profiles model to predict levels of depression, happiness and life satisfaction. Attitudes toward gender equity (GE) affect people in their relationship with the environment; these tendencies significantly affect female health behavior (TYER-VIOLA %26 CESARIO, 2010, VERDONK et al. 2009). The relationship between Schütz’s affective profiles model and the distribution of tendencies towards gender equality was explored with 1537 people. This study concludes that the emotional profiles model is a useful tool for studying attitudes towards GE. © 2017, Universidad del Zulia. All rights reserved.
