abstract

• The present project arises from the need to know elementary strategies so that a business of new creation does not disappear, since there are many factors that prevent a business from prospering, such as competition, customers, environment, geographical position among others. Starting a business requires having prior knowledge about the legal procedures required for its operation, the administrative management necessary to maintain operations, and the interpretation of the economic situation that derives from monetary transactions through good management of seats. countable Because with these tools an entrepreneur can have a clearer vision of what he wants and expects from his business. The case presented is a project that was applied by students on the creation of a restaurant that is located in the center of the city and its business is the sale of cakes.
