  • In these days the use of tourist web sites around the world is more a need rather than a simple complement. By this reason, the interaction and communication between the web site and the user must be useful, efficient and must requires certain dynamism, since most of these web sites contains a lot of data and information. This agent serves as the host of the site and establishes communication with the user through a series of questions and answers using the natural language through a text box, and the user receives the agent%27s answer in text and in audio (voice). The agent also seiyes as a source of information for the user and like a guide through the web site, allowing the user the access to specific parts of the site in a more fast and direct way, this because the agent will loads the web page with the desired information. This guidance is accomplished analyzing the data generated by the questions and answers between the agent and the user.
