With the maximum pump power of 1.42 W are obtained Q-switched pulses with minimum pulse duration of ∼1.46 μs and maximum repetition rate of 66.71 kHz, peak power of 634 mW and pulse energy of 0.93 μJ. © 2018 The Author(s).
