Large-Nc chiral perturbation theory is a calculational scheme for baryons that simultaneously exhibits both the mq and 1/Nc expansions, where Nc is the number of colors of quarks. In this work an outline of the calculation of one-loop corrections to the leading baryon axial-vector and vector form factors in baryon semileptonic decays to order O(p 2) in the chiral expansion is provided in order to show how the expansion works. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
