The dependence of the mean value of the voltage of a Josephson junction on temperature and current is obtained for low viscosity. No resonant response to high-frequency-driven force exists in the mean value of the voltage when the frequency is close to the distances between levels at quasilocalized states. © 1989 The American Physical Society.
