Rationale: Hyperinflammatory state seen in COVID-19 disease is correlated with higher neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio and may be used to evaluate severity and prognosis in this subset of critically ill patients. This study aimed to assess the association between neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and severity scores (Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation II (APACHE II),
