abstract
Patients with methamphetamine-associated cardiomyopathy (MACM), a dilated cardiomyopathy, have significant myocardial damage. In this study, we assess whether patients with MACM have a higher mortality and hospital readmission at 1-year follow-up than patients with idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy (IDCM) without methamphetamine use.
